Diciembre 2023 – Royal Caribbean International regresa a Latinoamérica después de una década con Rhapsody of the Seas. Las autoridades locales recibieron a Rhapsody en Cartagena, Colombia como parte de las celebraciones de la llegada del barco a “El País de la Belleza”. Royal Caribbean participo en una conversación sobre la popularidad y el interés turístico de Cartagena y la oportunidad de las vacaciones en crucero para los viajeros y la comunidad local. De izquierda a derecha: Alberto Muñoz, vicepresidente asociado de Latinoamérica y el Caribe, Royal Caribbean International; María Emilia Bonillas, coordinadora terminal de cruceros; Arturo Bravo, viceministro de turismo; María Claudia Lacouture, directora AmCham Colombia; Gilberto Salcedo, vicepresidente Turismo ProColombia.

Para celebrar la primera llegada a Colón, Panamá, se contó con la presencia de bailarines locales, quienes llevaron el folklor local a todos los presentes. En el centro: Marielys McFarlane, jefa de operaciones de Puerto Colón 2000 y Fernando Alonso, manager de Puerto Colón 2000 posando con los bailarines panameños.
