The new vacation is the first game-changing Oasis Class ship to debut with short getaways, setting the stage to make more memories in one short trip than ever before. Groups of friends and families can celebrate with unmatched weekend energy across all-new and returning experiences, more than 40 ways to dine and drink, more pools than the days to count, thrills and ways to chill, and more of all the above at Perfect Day at CocoCay – Royal Caribbean’s private island in The Bahamas – on every cruise. Utopia debuts July 2024 from Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida, and will set sail every Friday and Monday year-round.

Royal Caribbean Returns to California with New Short Getaways from Los Angeles

September 2021 – Royal Caribbean International returns to California for the first time in more than a decade. Starting in November from Los Angeles, the cruise line’s amped-up Navigator of the Seas will offer travelers new ways to get away on short 3-, 4- and 5-night cruises to Catalina Island, California, and Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Guests of all ages can choose from a lineup of thrills and ways to chill on board Navigator, thanks to a $115 million amplification completed in 2019. The ship has been reimagined into the ultimate short getaway with a range of experiences and features like The Perfect Storm waterslides, including The Blaster – the longest aqua coaster at sea; a resort-style Caribbean pool deck, three-level signature bar The Lime & Coconut, the first blow-dry bar at sea – To Dry For, redesigned spaces dedicated to kids and teens, plus hotspots such as kitschy-cool tiki bar The Bamboo Room and Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade.

Retrofitting the Tallest Slide at Sea: Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas Construction Highlight

Royal Caribbean International’s $165 million amplification of Oasis of the Seas takes shape in Cadiz, Spain. Set to debut in Miami on Nov. 24, the Oasis Class ship will deliver a lineup of new experiences, including the 10-story Ultimate Abyss.
