Sean Treacy
Senior Vice President, International
Royal Caribbean International

Sean Treacy serves as Senior Vice President, International for Royal Caribbean International. In this role, Treacy is responsible for the cruise line’s business across Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, EMEA, United Kingdom and Ireland, and Latin America.

Treacy has more than 20 years of sales and strategy experience in the travel industry. He has been with Royal Caribbean International for more than 15 years where he has served in various roles within the company including Managing Director, Asia Pacific based in Singapore and overseeing revenue, deployment, sales, marketing and PR. More recently he served as Vice President, Latin America and International Strategy where under his leadership Mexico experienced a record year of sales in 2019.   

Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Treacy worked for United Airlines where he held numerous roles in Sales and Revenue Management. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Finance and Spanish Literature.

Born in Brazil, Treacy is a global citizen who has lived in Spain, Guatemala, Togo and Ireland before moving to the United States. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is an active member of the Notre Dame South Florida Alumni Club. He resides in Miami, Fl. with his wife and daughter.
