Icon of the Seas

Introducing Surfside on Royal Caribbean’s Icon Class. A neighborhood made for young families from end to end, Surfside is where adults and kids ages six and under can stay and play all day.  There are three water experiences, including a pool for the grownups, and steps away are dining options, a bar, the signature carousel, an arcade, Adventure Ocean, and Social020 for teens.

A tranquil oasis by day and vibrant hot spot at night, the AquaDome neighborhood on Royal Caribbean’s Icon Class features restaurants, bars and wraparound ocean views.  The transformational neighborhood is home to deck-defying entertainment at the next-level AquaTheater, featuring cutting-edge technology and a cast of robots, high divers, aerialists and more.

April 2025 - Royal Caribbean and Inter Miami CF joined forces again with Make-A-Wish to grant the wishes of 23 wish kids with a special four-day experience in South Florida. The magical experience kicked off with families spending an unforgettable day on the world’s best family vacation, Icon of the Seas, complete with a viewing of the first theatrical rendition of "The Wizard of Oz" at sea, thrills across six record-breaking slides at Category 6 waterpark and more. The wish kids and their families also made an exclusive visit to Inter Miami’s Chase Stadium to meet the Inter Miami squad and their captain Lionel Messi, where they enjoyed a behind-the-scenes viewing of the squad’s practice, quality time in their own private field-level suite and more.
